  1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
  • Northsport offers 30 days of open purchase and free exchanges (no return fee) for size changes. For a return, use the Northsport return label sent automatically to you via SMS. The SMS contains a QR code to show at your nearest Postnord agent. Once we receive the return, we will send a confirmation to your email and refund the returned item(s), minus the return shipping fee (59 SEK). The returned product must be unused and in undamaged original packaging. The product must be in new condition for an approved return/exchange. Northsport reserves the right to deduct 50 SEK up to 300 SEK from the refund if the product is in such a used condition that it needs to be handled by Northsport. For bulky returns such as cross-country skis and poles, a return fee of 199 SEK applies.
  • We now send the return label via SMS as a QR code for returns. You are responsible for the condition of the returned products; therefore, they should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value if the product is used or damaged.

5.2 The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:
